Road Trip

Day 1

Depart from Tacoma, Washington

8:30 AM

The boys had a healthy breakfast of doughnuts and chocolate milk.

Entered Oregon

10:50 AM

Entered California

3:40 PM

Trees of Mystery and Sky Trail

5:10 PM I remember sitting on Paul Bunyan's foot as a little girl. It was surreal seeing my three boys do the same thing.

Breathtaking...

The Sky Trail is a new attraction at The Trees of Mystery.

Coby was a little afraid of being up so high.

Once at the top we were able to look down at the tops of the trees and the water below. It was beautiful.

Back on the road...

6:45 PM

By this time the boys were getting bored so they decided to put their pillows over their heads and play some sort of game. Whatever works.

Arrived at destination

Eureka, California

8:00 PM

Once we got to the hotel I thought they were going to be to tired to swim. Boy was I wrong.

We had a fun-filled first day.
