Fall Ball

Chance had his first "fall ball" game today. He is playing for the Soundview Little League Juniors team...the Brewers. He has had a million practices this summer so he was excited for the games to start.

Here he is warming up to bat.

They threw the ball to the second baseman trying to get Chance out but he is fast and they had no "chance". HaHa..get it. (That wasn't even on purpose.)

He was looking down at the bag like he couldn't believe it. Yeah..you made it Chance.

Rounding third... and then

scoring the first run for the team.

Chance had a great game. He started out in center field but got very little action out there. Then he played third base and did awesome. He had an amazing catch that he had to dive for. They didn't get the guy out but if the ball would have gotten past him the runner would have scored for sure. He had fun playing third and had a lot of great catches. His second at bat he hit a pop-up between center and right field. I thought for sure he was going to be out but the guy dropped it. YAY!!! He made it to first and stole second while the pitcher wasn't paying attention. I can't believe how fast he is.

We lost but the boys did a great job!
