Staple Remover Anyone?

It had been one week, so it was time to remove the staples from Gunnar's head. The cut had healed nicely and he was anxious to get them out.Being the mother of three boys, this was not the first time I had a child get staples put in his head. (I am sure it will not be the last.) Coby had them twice. With that being said, after our second time to the ER with Coby they gave us a staple remover so we didn't have to go back to the ER and pay another $100 co-pay for them to remove the staples. When we were in Arizona we weren't sure if we still had them somewhere at home. The nice nurse said we could bring a pair home with us just in case we couldn't find them.
So, if you ever need a pair of staple removers for a human head/body part you know where to go. They have actually been very helpful...my nephew, Malachi, has needed them a time or two.Ready Gunnar?OUCH!!almost...Ta Da...all better. Here's Gunnar holding his staples. He thought it was fascinating that these were stuck in his head.

Good to know! I hope that I never need to use them (although I am not going to hold my breath on that one) That is good that they gave you a remover that would have stunk to pay so much to just remove them when John can do such a good job for free
