Pumpkins!

We are so lucky to have Isaiah over every Friday.

Gunnar looks forward to it all week. He loves spending his day with his cousin. Thursday nights as I am saying goodnight to him he tells me all about the next day and what he and Isaiah are going to do.

Today we went to the Tacoma Mall to play and have lunch. After that, we stopped by this makeshift pumpkin patch and picked out some pumpkins. It was so sunny and beautiful.

It was a hard choice. Isaiah finally found the perfect pumpkin. It was a little heavy though so I had to help.
Then he had quite a long conversation with the pumpkins that had the faces.

Smiling for the camera...Gunnar's pick!

The hard part was loading the pumpkins into the wagon and dragging them to the car.
The boys tried and tried but it was just to hard.
The problem was they were pushing the wagon instead of pulling. They were getting so frustrated so I was laughing and, in turn, making them more frustrated. So funny!

They stared at this huge pumpkin forever. I think they thought it was going to do something wonderful. It never did.

Gunnar just said "to bad this isn't real".

We had a fun day!

Wow, Jaime! You are an amazing aunt. Isaiah is so lucky to have you. His mommy never does anything as fun as the things you plan. I had no idea you were even going to the pumpkin patch. (I would have put him in orange.) Thank you for spoiling my kids. They adore you!
