Ensenada, Mexico

We got off the ship and onto a bus headed to Ensenada.
We had an amazing tour guide, Alex. He told us all of the tricks to shopping in the open air flea market. He told us where we should shop and how we could negotiate the best prices for our purchases. He told us the tricks on how to find the real silver and leather. He told us where it would be safe to eat and go to the bathroom. He was awesome. He even gave us an extra hour to shop. We loved Alex.

On our way to the La Bufadora.

What is the La Bufadora: An amazing natural blowhole spouting seawater 70 feet into the air. 22 miles south of Ensenada near the tip of Punta Banda peninsula.

It was breathtaking!

Time to shop...

and shop...and shop...and shop!

Robin trying to get a good price on a leather purse.

We stopped and had lunch at the one place Alex said was acceptable. The view was amazing. This was how you exit the restaurant...

a giant slide.

A little more shopping. Rocky and Robin with their loot.

The boys love Nacho Libre so I got Coby a mask. Gunnar got a smaller mask that has a built in cape. Chance got a wallet. I got them each a few other little things also. They all got Mexican jumping beans that were supposed to last for months but only lasted 1 day then stopped jumping. Surprise surprise.

Scary...I know. Our ride back to the boat was beautiful.Robin got a mini pink guitar for one of her girls and a mini sombrero for her parents chihuahua.

It was time to have our last dinner on the cruise ship. The entire time we were stuck with the same waitress, Mika. She was quite interesting. We couldn't understand a single word she said and she never stopped talking.

While Romi ordered a hamburger from the kids menu, I went a little crazy and ordered something I wold never usually order...salmon...

It was so disgusting.

After dinner we played Bingo. We paid our $20 and got a card with three squares. After about 15 minutes someone called out BINGO and that was that. This was how we felt about our wasted $20. Of course if we would have won we probably wouldn't have ripped them up into little pieces.

We danced for a second them realized we were all tired.

We got a final towel animal. We think this one might have been a sting ray.

The cruise was amazing. I had so much fun with my sisters and Robin. Thank you for making it such a wonderful time. I can't wait for the next one.

I love you guys!!
