It has been about 3 years since Chance has played baseball but this year he decided to step up to the plate. 
Practices have been going great and he said he was better than he thought he would be after such a big break. After having his first three games rained out he was excited to actually have one that wasn't.
First up...
SMACK!! Base hit to center field. He stole second base...then third...and finally...
Home!!

Home!! He stole home!! It was so exciting!
Chance played first base the entire game and did phenomenal. He has quite the arm. 
Next at bat Chance got another great hit. Line drive to center field.
And his last at bat was the best of all. He had an amazing hit waaaayyyyyy over the center fielders head. If we had a fence at the field it would have been a home run!
He had to settle for a double (and RBI) instead.
It was FREEZING!!
Way to go Chance! I am so proud of you!
